Coach, part of the Tapestry portfolio in the United States, seeks a Sales Support Associate to help drive store success. You will greet customers, operate the POS, and assist with stock and merchandising to ensure a premium shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience, preferably in luxury.
• Knowledge of POS systems and cash handling.
• Ability to use iPad, laptop, and mobile POS.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism.
• Operate POS accurately and maintain cash wrap.
• Suggest add-on products and capture customer information.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers.
• Maintain stockroom cleanliness and organize merchandising updates.
• Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests.
• Adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines.
