Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Serve as a brand ambassador; support social media engagement.
• Operate POS accurately and maintain cash wrap.
• Suggest add-on products and promotions; capture customer information where permitted.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments; maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Manage stock levels; replenish floor and update visuals.
