Coach is seeking a Sales Support Associate in the United States to join our luxury retail team. You will welcome clients, provide personalized assistance, operate the POS, and help maintain a well-organized sales floor and stockroom.

We value fashion awareness, strong English communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and peak seasons is expected; prior luxury retail experience is a plus.

Formación

• 1+ of previous retail experience (cashier/stock) in luxury retail.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and market competition.
• Experience with cash registers and basic computer skills (iPad/laptop, POS).
• Strong English language proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism.
• Operate POS accurately and keep cash wrap organized.
• Suggest add-on products and promote gift cards.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments; maintain stockroom.
• Maintain visual merchandising on the sales floor.
• Support team and management as needed.
• Adhere to housekeeping and Loss Prevention guidelines.
