Coach is seeking a Sales Support Associate in the United States to help drive store success through friendly, efficient customer interactions and precise cash handling. You will assist on the sales floor, maintain stockrooms, and support merchandising updates while providing a premium luxury customer experience.

The role requires 1+ year retail experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Flexible schedules including nights and weekends are expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience, preferably luxury retail.
• Knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs and work with flexible schedule.
• Fluent English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism and provide personalized assistance.
• Operate POS accurately and maintain cash wrap organization.
• Suggest add‑on products and promote gift cards.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments; report discrepancies.
• Maintain stockroom cleanliness and execute merchandising updates.
• Support sales floor activities and assist team as needed.
• Adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines and schedule flexibility.
