Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and market competition.
• Familiarity with cash registers and basic computer use (iPad/laptop) and Mobile POS.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong English proficiency (US market).

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; provide personalized assistance.
• Operate POS accurately; maintain cash wrap organization and handle cash responsibly.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies; keep stockroom tidy.
• Manage stock levels; replenish sales floor; implement visual merchandising updates.
• Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests; collaborate with team.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and follow Loss Prevention guidelines.
