Coach is seeking a Sales Support Associate to contribute to store success through friendly, efficient customer interactions and precise back-of-house flow. The role emphasizes maintaining a polished sales floor and accurate POS operations to support the customer journey.

Responsibilities include welcoming clients, stocking and merchandising, and processing shipments. Candidates should have luxury retail exposure, strong English, and a proactive service mindset.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience, preferably luxury retail service.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends and marketplace competition.
• Familiarity with cash register systems and basic computer skills (iPad/laptop), using walkie talkie, and reading price/product release sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Serve as a brand ambassador; support social media engagement.
• Operate POS accurately and maintain cash wrap organization; handle cash/media according to policy.
• Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor, and implement visual merchandising updates.
• Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests; collaborate with team or management as needed.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and adherence to Loss Prevention guidelines.
