Coach is seeking a Sales Support Associate to contribute to store success by delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining an organized, inviting sales floor. You will handle cash wrap operations, assist customers, and support stock movements from receipt to point of sale.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ year in luxury retail or cashier roles, strong English communication, and a solid understanding of fashion trends.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of previous retail experience, preferably luxury retail.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace.
• Experience with cash registers or POS systems; basic computer skills including iPad/laptop use.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Operate POS accurately and maintain cash wrap; ensure stockroom and sales floor are organized.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor, and implement visual merchandising updates.
• Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests promptly.
