Coach is seeking a Sales Support Associate to contribute to store success through attentive customer service and efficient operations. You will welcome clients, support POS transactions, and help maintain a well-organized sales floor while upholding brand standards.

Requirements include retail experience, strong English skills, and knowledge of cash register systems. The role involves flexible scheduling, lifting up to 25–50 lbs, and collaborative work with the team.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience, preferably luxury retail service.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace.
• Cash register systems and basic computer skills (iPad/laptop, Bluetooth devices).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes clients with warmth and professionalism and provides personalized assistance.
• Operates POS accurately, maintains cash wrap, and handles cash in compliance with policy.
• Receives and processes shipments, organizes stockroom, and maintains stock levels.
• Promotes gift cards and captures customer information where permitted.
• Supports social media engagement and collaborates with team and management.
