Coach is seeking a Sales Support Associate to help drive store success through friendly, efficient service at the cash wrap and on the shop floor. You will support stock flow from receipt to point of sale and help maintain a well-organized selling environment.

The ideal candidate has 1+ retail experience, strong English, and excellent communication. You should be comfortable handling POS, cash, and adhering to store policies while representing the Coach brand.

Qualifications

• 1+ retail experience, preferably in luxury retail service.
• Strong English language proficiency and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to operate POS systems and basic computer tools.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Serve as a brand ambassador; support social media engagement.
• Operate POS accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash/media per policy.
• Suggest add-on products and capture customer information where permitted.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor, and update visual merchandising.
• Support sales floor activities and collaborate with team or management.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and Loss Prevention guidelines.
