Coach, a global fashion house under Tapestry, Inc., is seeking a Sales Support Associate in Omaha to support store operations and deliver a premier customer experience. You will welcome clients, assist at the cash wrap, and help maintain a well-organized sales floor and stockroom.

The role requires strong English communication, 1+ year retail experience (preferred in luxury retail), and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. A flexible schedule, including weekends, is expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail experience (cashier/stock/sales) preferred, in luxury retail service preferred.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and marketplace competition.
• Strong English language proficiency and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Operate POS accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, follow cash handling policies.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Manage stock levels, replenish floor, and execute visual merchandising updates.
• Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests; collaborate with team and management.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines.
