Coach is a global fashion house known for its luxury accessories and apparel. The Sales Support Associate role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences at the cash wrap while maintaining an organized sales floor and accurate product flow from receipt to point of sale.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in luxury retail, strong English communication, and comfort with POS systems and stock organization. Flexible schedule required, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ of previous retail experience, preferably in luxury retail service.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace.
• Knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS) and reading price sheets.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Operate POS accurately and maintain cash wrap organization; handle cash/media per policy.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Manage stock levels and replenish the sales floor; execute visual merchandising updates.
• Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests; collaborate with team and management.
