Job summary

Coach is part of the Tapestry, Inc. family and seeks a Sales Support Associate to excel in a luxury retail setting in Omaha. You will warmly welcome clients, assist with purchases, manage the POS, and help keep stockrooms organized while upholding brand standards.

The role requires strong English communication, attention to detail, and flexibility to work a varied schedule including peak periods. Training and grooming for progression are provided.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience in luxury or high-end environments preferred.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
• Ability to operate cash register systems and basic computer tasks.
• Excellent English communication skills are required for this role.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients warmly and provide personalized assistance.
• Serve as brand ambassador and support social media engagement.
• Operate POS accurately and maintain cash wrap organization.
• Suggest add-on products and promote gift cards where appropriate.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments; report stock discrepancies.
• Maintain stock levels, replenish floor, and update visuals.
• Support daily floor activities and collaborate with team and supervisors.
• Adhere to housekeeping and Loss Prevention guidelines.
