Coach is a global fashion house seeking a Sales Support Associate to join our luxury retail team in the local market. The role focuses on delivering outstanding service at the cash wrap, maintaining a pristine sales floor, and ensuring smooth product flow from receipt to the point of sale.

You will welcome clients, assist with merchandise, operate POS systems, and support stockroom and merchandising tasks while upholding brand standards and Loss Prevention guidelines.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of luxury retail or customer service experience.
• Strong English communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of fashion trends is a plus.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism.
• Operate POS accurately and maintain cash wrap.
• Assist with merchandise presentation and stock organization.
• Process shipments and stock transfers; report discrepancies.
• Support social media engagement and brand ambassador activities.
• Uphold housekeeping standards and Loss Prevention guidelines.
