Job summary

Diptyque in New York is seeking a Sales Supervisor to support the Store Manager in driving the store’s performance and luxury client experience. You will lead by example, uphold brand standards, and deliver exceptional service to a discerning clientele.

As a key Brand Ambassador, you will train and guide staff, achieve CRM and sales KPIs, and collaborate on product launches while maintaining a pristine boutique environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver agreed KPIs for the store including sales, AVT, IPT, conversion and CRM.
• Inspire and motivate the team; communicate commercial insights with the Store Manager.
• Ensure exceptional client experience and brand standards; supervise sales activities.
• Act as a Brand Ambassador to reinforce Diptyque’s luxury positioning and client satisfaction.
• Manage customer relationships, VIP clients and CRM records; participate in product launches and campaigns.
