Responsibilities

• Deliver agreed store KPIs for sales, AVT, IPT, conversion and CRM.
• Inspire and motivate the team by leading by example.
• Communicate commercial insights to improve store performance.
• Ensure premium client experience and adherence to brand standards.
• Lead client experience training and achieve CRM KPI targets.
• Act as point of reference for Clients and colleagues in managers' absence.
• Handle VIP clients directly and stay aware of industry trends.
• Be responsible for opening/closing checklists and cash handling.
