Qualifications

• 5+ years of luxury or beauty retail management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver exceptional client experiences.
• Excellent communication, organization and time management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Passion for fragrance, beauty and luxury retail.
