Job summary

Diptyque is seeking a Sales Supervisor in New York to drive luxury client experiences and mentor a premier store team. You will uphold Diptyque’s brand standards while achieving sales targets, CRM KPIs and exemplary customer service.

This role requires leadership, impeccable grooming, and a proactive approach to training and store operations. As the brand ambassador, you will manage daily store performance, support the Store Manager, and ensure exceptional client care across all touchpoints.

Responsibilities

• Deliver agreed KPIs for the store - KPIs focus on sales, AVT, IPT, conversion and CRM.
• Inspire and motivate the team by leading by example.
• Communicate effectively a level of commercial understanding and collaborate with Store Manager to improve performance.
• Maintain brand standards to ensure a luxury client experience.
• Lead Client Experience training and drive CRM KPI achievement.
• Oversee cash handling, POS procedures, and opening/closing duties.
