Job summary

Diptyque Paris in New York seeks a Brand Ambassador to build relationships with clients through deep product knowledge and exceptional luxury service.

You will greet and connect with clients, provide expert advice, drive omni-channel sales, and uphold boutique standards to grow a loyal clientele. This role requires at least 3 years in luxury retail, flexibility for evenings and weekends, and a passion for beauty and fragrance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in luxury retail; beauty experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Strong verbal and written communication, and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Mandarin/Cantonese language skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enhance the client experience across all store areas.
• Greet and welcome clients; connect genuinely and advise on merchandise.
• Provide expert styling and brand knowledge; drive omni-channel sales.
• Promote store policies, returns, promotions and services.
• Maintain selling floor and back-of-house, assist with visual merchandising.
• Achieve personal sales and boutique KPI goals.
