Job summary

Diptyque Paris is seeking a Sales Supervisor to support the Store Manager and oversee daily operations and sales performance at our luxury boutique in New York. You will lead by example, drive KPIs, ensure exceptional client service, and maintain brand standards while managing opening/closing procedures.

The role demands passion for fragrance and beauty, strong communication, and a collaborative team attitude to consistently deliver a premium client experience and achieve sell-through targets.

Responsibilities

• Deliver agreed KPIs for the store focusing on sales, AVT, IPT, conversion and CRM.
• Inspire and motivate the team by leading by example.
• Communicate effectively with the Store Manager and staff on commercial strategy to improve business and client experience.
• embody Diptyque values in grooming, storytelling, and behavior to ensure a unique client experience.
• Ensure excellent client welcoming and supervise sales to maintain brand standards.
• Contribute to Client Experience training for all team members and CRM initiatives.
• Be a reference point for Clients and colleagues in the absence of Store Manager.
• Develop relationships with VIP clients and stay aware of industry trends.
• Lead by example to achieve CRM KPIs and drive high client satisfaction.
