Job summary

Diptyque is seeking a Sales Supervisor for our U.S. boutique to drive sales, coach the team, and uphold Diptyque's luxury client experience. You will act as a Brand Ambassador, ensuring outstanding service and brand representation at all times.

Under the Store Manager, you will deliver KPIs for sales, AVT and CRM, mentor staff, manage cash handling, opening/closing procedures, and VIP client relationships while staying aligned with HQ guidelines.

Qualifications

• Passion for fragrance, beauty, and luxury retail.
• Sales-focused with proven track record.
• Expert client-service skills and confidence interacting with the general public.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver agreed KPIs for the store - sales, AVT, IPT, conversion and CRM.
• Inspire and motivate the team by leading by example.
• Communicate commercial understanding about the store’s performance to improve business.
• Be the point of reference for Clients and colleagues in absence of Store Manager.
• Ensure excellent client welcoming and supervise sales to maintain brand standards.
