Diptyque Paris is seeking a Store Manager to lead our boutique team and elevate the client experience in a luxury retail environment.

You will drive sales, oversee operations, manage staffing, and mentor from onboarding through performance reviews while upholding the brand’s elegant, curated aesthetic.

This role requires a passion for fragrance and beauty, a track record of delivering exceptional service, and the ability to collaborate with regional leadership to optimize inventory and events.

• 5+ years of retail management experience, ideally in luxury or beauty.
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver exceptional client experiences.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
