The ideal candidate brings 2+ years in retail sales, thrives in a luxury environment, and can mentor a team while maintaining store standards. Weekend/evening availability required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in retail sales, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable with POS systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office.
• Able to climb ladders and stand for long periods; has balance to lift up to 35 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieves and exceeds personal sales goals, KPIs, and clienteling expectations.
• Building a deep understanding of fabrics, fits, construction, and design intent to inspire purchasing decisions.
• Cultivate and grow a robust client book through proactive outreach (SMS, email, personalized follow-up) to generate repeat business.
• Speak confidently about the Vince aesthetic and turn styling conversations into brand-focused interactions that drive sales.
• Convert walk-in traffic into loyal clients through elevated engagement and consultative selling.
• Support store operations including POS, merchandising, inventory, and visual standards to reflect the Vince luxury experience.
