Responsibilities

• Consistently achieves and exceeds personal sales goals, KPIs, and clienteling expectations.
• Build client book through proactive outreach (SMS, email, follow-up, referrals).
• Elevate client interactions with luxury service standards and product knowledge.
• Turn walk-ins into loyal clients through consultative selling.
• Model selling behaviors and support store operations (POS, merchandising, inventory).
• Uphold company policies including loss prevention.
