Vince is seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Sales Supervisor for a part-time role in Rosemont, IL. You will lead with selling and elevate every client interaction, owning your client book and demonstrating luxury service standards.

You must exceed sales goals, stay energized, and nurture client relationships through proactive outreach. Flexible schedule and availability on weekends/evenings are required; knowledge of fabrics and Vince aesthetics is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in retail sales, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable with POS systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office.
• Able to climb ladders and carry up to 35 pounds while merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieves and exceeds personal sales goals, KPIs, and clienteling expectations.
• Builds deep knowledge of fabrics, fits, construction and design intent to inform purchases.
• Grows a robust client book through proactive outreach (SMS, email, referrals) to generate repeat business.
• Converts walk-in traffic into loyal clients through elevated engagement and consultative selling.
• Supports store operations including POS, merchandising, inventory, and visual standards.
