Job summary

Vince is seeking a luxury-minded Sales Supervisor in Atlanta, GA to lead client interactions and elevate the Vince experience. You will drive sales and build a strong client book through proactive outreach and expert product knowledge.

Key responsibilities include exceeding sales goals, mentoring peers, and maintaining brand standards on the floor while supporting POS, merchandising, and inventory tasks. Weekend and evening shifts are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in retail sales, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieves and exceeds personal sales goals, KPIs, and clienteling expectations.
• Builds understanding of fabrics, fits, construction, and design intent to influence purchases.
• Cultivate and grow a robust client book through proactive outreach to generate repeat business.
• Speak confidently about the Vince aesthetic to drive brand-focused interactions.
• Convert walk-in traffic into loyal clients through elevated engagement and consultative selling.
• Model best-in-class selling on the floor to inspire the team.
• Support store operations including POS, merchandising, inventory, and visual standards.
• Uphold company policies, including loss prevention and procedures.
