Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in retail sales, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable with POS systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieves and exceeds personal sales goals, KPIs, and clienteling expectations
• Building a deep understanding of fabrics, fits, construction, and design intent and use it as a selling tool to inspire confident purchasing decisions
• Cultivate and grow a robust client book through proactive outreach to generate repeat business and deepen client loyalty
• Speak confidently about the Vince aesthetic, turning styling conversations into brand-focused interactions that drive sales
• Convert walk-in traffic into loyal clients through elevated engagement and consultative selling
• Model best-in-class selling and clienteling behaviors on the floor to inspire and elevate the team
• Support store operation as needed including POS, merchandising, inventory, and visual standards
• Uphold all company policies, including loss prevention and operational procedures
