You will set the store tone, develop a high-performing client book, and mentor teammates on brand standards while supporting operations like POS, merchandising, and inventory to maintain an exceptional shopping experience. This role offers incentive programs and requires weekend/evening availability.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in retail sales, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.

Responsabilités

• Consistently achieves and exceeds personal sales goals, KPIs, and clienteling expectations.
• Build a deep understanding of fabrics, fits, construction, and design intent to inspire purchases.
• Cultivate and grow a robust client book through proactive outreach to generate repeat business and deepen client loyalty.
• Speak confidently about the Vince aesthetic and turn styling conversations into brand-focused interactions.
