Job summary

Veronica Beard is seeking a Sales Supervisor (Keyholder) to lead a high-touch selling floor and deliver exceptional client experiences. You will style, sell, and build lasting client relationships while mentoring Sales Associates and supporting opening/closing duties.

In addition to base pay, you can earn commission on individual sales and a further incentive based on store performance. A dynamic, fashion-forward environment awaits the right candidate.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail sales experience in a high-touch, client focused environment.
• Experience in luxury or contemporary fashion is preferred.
• Strong styling and clienteling skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized service and styling that reflects the Veronica Beard experience.
• Take ownership of individual sales goals by converting in-store traffic and proactively generating business.
• Build, maintain and engage an active client book through outreach, follow-up, and events.
• Develop knowledge of collections, fit, product stories, and styling to drive sales.
• Lead the sales floor, mentor Sales Associates, and communicate priorities.
• Open and close the store, service as Manager-on-Duty when needed.
• Maintain brand standards and supportive visual updates on the floor.
