Job summary

Veronica Beard is seeking a Sales Supervisor (Keyholder) to lead the floor with a service-forward mindset. You will style, sell, and build lasting client relationships while mentoring Associates and supporting store operations.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail sales experience in high-touch environments.
• Experiences in luxury or contemporary fashion is a plus.
• Comfort with achieving individual and store sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized service and styling that reflects Veronica Beard.
• Own individual sales goals by converting in-store traffic and generating business.
• Build, maintain and engage an active client book through outreach and events to drive new and repeat business.
• Develop expert knowledge of our collections, fit, product stories, and styling to drive sales.
• Lead by example and mentor Sales Associates on selling, styling, and clienteling.
