Job summary

Veronica Beard is seeking a Sales Supervisor (Keyholder) to lead the sales floor with a high-touch client experience in our Atlanta store. You will mentor Sales Associates, manage opening/closing duties, and act as Manager-on-Duty when needed.

You will earn an hourly base pay plus commission, with a potential to earn up to 4% based on store performance. The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a luxury retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail sales experience in a high-touch, client-focused environment.
• Previous keyholder, senior sales, or retail leadership experience preferred.
• Experience in luxury or contemporary fashion with strong styling and clienteling foundations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized service and styling that reflects the Veronica Beard experience.
• Take ownership of individual sales goals by converting in-store traffic and driving store performance.
• Build and maintain an active client book through outreach, follow-up, and in-store events.
• Develop knowledge of our collections, fit, and styling to drive sales.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and mentor Sales Associates.
