Qualifikationen

• 1+ years of retail sales experience in a high-touch, client-focused environment.
• Experience as a keyholder, senior sales, or retail leadership preferred.
• Experience in luxury or contemporary fashion with styling and clienteling is preferred.
• Passionate about selling, fashion, styling, and building lasting client relationships.
• Strong knowledge of fashion trends and ability to create complete looks.
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership and achieve individual sales goals.
• Confident leading, mentoring, and supporting others with authenticity and respect.
• Strong communication, judgment, and problem-solving skills.
• Collaborative, self-aware, open to feedback and different perspectives.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and opening/closing shifts.

• Deliver personalized service and styling reflecting Veronica Beard experience.
• Own individual sales goals by converting in-store traffic and generating business.
• Engage clients to build an active book through outreach, follow-up, events.
• Develop knowledge of collections, fit, styling to drive sales.
• Stay current on fashion trends to build client wardrobes.
• Lead by example and mentor associates through team selling and coaching.
• Support store operations as Manager-on-Duty and assist with opening/closing.
