Job summary

Veronica Beard in Austin is seeking a Sales Supervisor (Keyholder), an hourly, commission‑eligible leader who spends most of the time with clients, styling and selling to create the brand’s high‑touch experience.

You will lead the floor, mentor Sales Associates, and support store leadership with opening and closing responsibilities while earning up to 3% commission on personal sales, with up to 4% based on the store’s goals.

Qualifications

• 1+ years retail sales experience in a high‑touch environment.
• Previous keyholder or leadership experience preferred.
• Experience in luxury or contemporary fashion with strong styling and clienteling skills.
• Passionate about selling, fashion, styling, and building client relationships.
• Strong knowledge of current fashion trends and ability to create complete looks.
• Ability to take ownership and achieve individual sales goals.
• Confident in leading, mentoring, and supporting others with authenticity and respect.
• Strong communication, judgement, and problem‑solving skills.
• Collaborative, receptive to feedback and diverse perspectives.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and opening/closing shifts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized service and styling reflecting Veronica Beard experience.
• Take ownership of individual sales goals by converting in‑store traffic and generating business.
• Build and engage an active client book through outreach, follow‑ups, events, and clienteling.
• Develop expert knowledge of collections, fit, product stories, and styling to drive sales.
• Stay current on fashion trends and help clients build wardrobes that reflect their style.
• Maintain an active leadership presence, lead by example, and support store leadership.
• Communicate daily priorities, organize floor coverage, and lead team touch‑bases.
• Mentor Sales Associates through team selling and in‑moment coaching on selling, styling, and clienteling.
• Recognize strong performance and share feedback with Store Management.
• Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and results‑driven environment.
