Job summary

Veronica Beard is seeking a Sales Supervisor (Keyholder) in Tampa to lead a high-touch sales floor, mentor associates, and ensure exceptional client experiences. You will balance styling, selling, and relationship-building while supporting store leadership with opening/closing duties and as Manager-on-Duty when needed.

In addition to hourly pay, you can earn up to 3% commission on personal sales, with potential to reach 4% based on store goals.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in high-touch, client-focused retail environments.
• Strong styling and clienteling skills to build lasting relationships.
• Ability to mentor and lead Sales Associates on the floor.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized styling and client services to reflect Veronica Beard experience.
• Own and drive individual sales goals and contribute to store performance.
• Build and maintain a proactive client book with follow-ups and events.
• Develop knowledge of collections, fit, and styling to boost sales.
• Support Store Management with opening/closing duties and leader-on-duty responsibilities.
