Job summary

Veronica Beard in Beverly Hills is seeking a Sales Supervisor (Keyholder) to lead the sales floor with a high-touch, client-centered approach. You will mentor Sales Associates, support store leadership, and ensure exceptional client experiences while driving sales through styling and relationship-building.

You will also manage opening/closing duties, assist as Manager-on-Duty, and participate in a commission plan that rewards individual performance as well as store results.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail sales experience in a high-touch, client-focused environment.
• Experience in luxury or contemporary fashion with styling and clienteling is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized styling and client service to embody the Veronica Beard experience.
• Achieve individual sales goals and contribute to store performance.
• Build and maintain an active client book through outreach and events.
• Develop knowledge of collections, fit, and styling to drive sales.
• Stay current on fashion trends to create complete looks.
