Vince is seeking a highly motivated Sales Supervisor to lead client interactions with luxury service standards in our Denver store. You will own your client book, drive sales, and elevate every interaction to reflect the Vince brand.

You are a top performer who exceeds goals, mentors peers on selling behaviors, and partners with store operations to maintain an exceptional client experience. Hybrid opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail sales role, preferably luxury.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Comfortable with POS systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieves and exceeds personal sales goals, KPIs, and clienteling expectations.
• Builds deep understanding of fabrics, fits, construction, and design intent to inspire confident purchasing decisions.
• Cultivates and grows a robust client book through proactive outreach to generate repeat business and deepen client loyalty.
• Speaks confidently about the Vince aesthetic and turns conversations into brand-focused interactions that drive sales.
• Converts walk-in traffic into loyal clients through elevated engagement and consultative selling.
