Vince is seeking a highly motivated Sales Supervisor to lead with selling and elevate every client interaction in our Dallas store. You bring energy, expertise, and a passion for the Vince brand, inspiring both customers and teammates to achieve goals.

This role blends selling with leadership on the floor and in store operations. You will drive clienteling, manage performance, and contribute to a luxury shopping experience aligned with Vince standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in retail sales, preferably luxury.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Strong verbal and written communication with customers.
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
• Comfortable with POS, CRM tools, and MS Office.
• Able to lift up to 35 pounds while merchandising and maintaining the sales floor.
• Flexible schedule; available weekends, evenings, events, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieves and exceeds personal sales goals and KPIs.
• Deep understanding of fabrics, fits, construction, and design intent to sell effectively.
• Grow client book through proactive outreach to generate repeat business.
• Speak confidently about Vince aesthetic to drive sales.
• Convert walk-ins into loyal clients via consultative selling and wardrobing.
• Model best-in-class selling and clienteling on the floor for the team.
• Support store operations including POS, merchandising, inventory, and visuals.
• Uphold all policies including loss prevention and procedures.
