Job summary

Vince is seeking a Full-time Sales Supervisor in San Jose, CA, to lead selling initiatives and elevate client interactions. The role requires strong product knowledge, a luxury service mindset, and a proven track record of meeting sales goals.

You will mentor on-floor behavior, manage client books, and support store operations. Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in luxury retail, excellent communication, and the ability to drive business through proactive clienteling and CRM tools.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in retail sales, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for customers.
• Comfortable with POS systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office.
• Able to lift and move boxes up to 35 pounds while merchandising.

• Build deep knowledge of fabrics, fits, construction, and design to inspire purchasing decisions.
