Job summary

Vince is seeking a highly motivated Part-Time Sales Supervisor in San Jose to lead with selling and elevate every client interaction. You will set the tone for the store with luxury service standards and deep product knowledge.

The role emphasizes meeting sales goals, building a loyal client book, and mentoring teammates while supporting store operations and brand standards. Salary from $20–$24 hourly plus incentives; weekend/evening availability preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in retail sales, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable with POS systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office
• Able to climb ladders and stairs; lift up to 35 pounds while merchandising

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieves and exceeds personal sales goals, KPIs, and clienteling expectations
• Building a deep understanding of fabrics, fits, construction, and design intent to inspire confident purchasing decisions
• Cultivate and grow a robust client book through proactive outreach (SMS, email, personalized follow-up, and referrals)
• Speak confidently about the Vince aesthetic and transform styling conversations into brand-focused interactions
• Convert walk-in traffic into loyal clients through elevated engagement and consultative selling
• Model best-in-class selling and clienteling on the floor to guide the team
• Support store operations including POS, merchandising, inventory, and visual standards
• Uphold all company policies including loss prevention and operational procedures
