Job summary

Vince seeks a part-time Sales Supervisor in San Jose to lead with selling and elevate client interactions in a luxury environment. You will exceed sales goals, own your client book, and demonstrate high product knowledge while ensuring the Vince luxury experience on the floor.

This role requires weekend/evening availability and a proactive, team-focused mindset. Responsibilities include mentoring peers, maintaining visual standards, and supporting store operations such as POS and inventory.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in retail sales, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Flexible work schedule; must be open to weekends, evenings, events and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Exceed personal sales goals, KPIs, and clienteling expectations.
• Develop deep understanding of fabrics, fits, construction, and design intent to inspire purchases.
• Grow client book via proactive outreach to generate repeat business.
• Convert walk-in traffic into loyal clients through elevated engagement and consultative selling.
• Model best-in-class selling on the floor to inspire others.
• Support store operations including POS, merchandising, inventory, and visual standards.
• Uphold company policies including loss prevention.
