Vince in San Jose, CA is seeking a Part-Time Sales Supervisor to lead with selling and elevate client interactions. You will set the store tone with luxury service standards and strong product knowledge.

You are a top performer who exceeds goals, maintains a loyal client book, and demonstrates confident, consultative selling. The role includes opportunities for sales incentives and weekend/evening hours.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in retail sales, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills allowing for effective communication with your customers.
• Comfortable with POS systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office.
• Able to climb ladders and stairs; bend, reach, lift, move, and carry boxes weighing up to 35 pounds while merchandising and maintaining the sales floor.
• Flexible work schedule; must be open to work weekends, evenings, events, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieves and exceeds personal sales goals, KPIs, and clienteling expectations.
• Building a deep understanding of fabrics, fits, construction, and design intent to inspire purchases.
• Grow a robust client book through proactive outreach to generate repeat business.
• Speak confidently about the Vince aesthetic and convert conversations into brand-focused interactions.
• Convert walk-in traffic into loyal clients through elevated engagement and strategic wardrobing.
• Model best-in-class selling and clienteling behaviors on the floor to inspire others.
• Support store operations including POS, merchandising, inventory, and visual standards.
• Uphold all company policies, including loss prevention and operational procedures.
