Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail or cashier experience, preferably in luxury retail or service environments.
• Strong communication and customer service skills with attention to detail.
• Able to use basic computer tools, POS systems, and mobile devices.
• Proficiency in English to interact with customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide personalized assistance to meet their needs.
• Act as a brand ambassador and support social media engagement when appropriate.
• Operate POS accurately, manage cash wrap, and follow cash handling policies.
• Recommend add‑on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments; maintain stockroom cleanliness and report discrepancies.
• Maintain stock levels and perform visual merchandising updates on the sales floor.
• Support daily store operations, respond to customer inquiries, and collaborate with team and management.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and follow Loss Prevention guidelines.
