Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Support Associate to enhance store performance through warm, professional client interactions and efficient cash-wrap processes. You will help maintain the sales floor and assist with product flow from receipt to point of sale.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, promoting add-ons and gift cards, handling shipments, and supporting merchandising. Strong English, at least 1 year in retail, and a team-focused mindset are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience (cashier/stock) preferred in luxury.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
• Experience with cash registers and basic computer skills (iPad/laptop, POS).
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Strong English proficiency (for US market).

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide personalized assistance.
• Serve as brand ambassador and support social media engagement.
• Operate POS accurately and maintain cash wrap.
• Suggest add-ons, promote gift cards, and collect customer data.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments; report discrepancies.
• Manage stock levels and update visual merchandising.
• Support sales floor activities and collaborate with team.
• Maintain housekeeping and follow Loss Prevention guidelines.
