Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Support Associate to welcome clients with warmth, process transactions accurately at the POS, and maintain an organized stockroom and sales floor. You will assist with shipments, replenishment, and merchandising updates while delivering exceptional service in a luxury retail environment.

Daily duties include promoting gift cards, capturing customer data where permitted, and supporting the store team to meet business goals with professionalism and care.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience, preferably luxury retail
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of cash handling and POS procedures
• Familiarity with stock room and merchandising practices
• Good command of English in a customer-facing environment
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced store setting

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Operate POS accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash/media in compliance with policy.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates.
• Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted.
• Support sales floor activities and collaborate with team or management as needed.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines.
