Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience; luxury retail preferred.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer skills (iPad/Laptop).
• Strong English proficiency; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with social media, live-stream shopping, or video demos is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product expertise.
• Drive sales through cross-selling and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS and clienteling tools; engage via social platforms to encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop personal sales plans and meet KPIs; source new customers and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain a high-energy floor; manage multiple customers and stockroom processes.
• Support inventory, merchandising, and daily store operations as needed.
