Neiman Marcus in Beverly Hills is seeking a Sales Manager to drive the sales experience for a store department. You will partner with merchants and vendor teams, lead a focused sales group, and steward the customer journey to meet department targets.

The role requires a track record of results, leadership ability, and the capacity to motivate and coach others while upholding the brand’s luxury standards and guest service expectations.

Formación

• 4+ years of luxury retail fashion experience.
• Proven track record of achieving results.
• History of building, leading, motivating, and coaching teams.

Responsabilidades

• Move towards the achievement of maximum sales and growth following company vision and values in partnership with other functional leads for department.
• Oversee all aspects of merchandise and communications with merchant and vendor partners.
• Manage team execution, anticipating and adjusting for risks and roadblocks to maintain within department(s).
• Contribute to strategic goals for the store and set priorities by department.
• Review business with applicable Buyers for department and discusses action plans to produce positive results.
• Establish plans and strategies in partnership with Client Development Lead(s).
• Develop understanding of and analyze internal and external customer behaviors, trends, and preferences.
• Plan and complete departmental budgets and ensure guidelines are followed to minimize expenses and maximize revenue.
• Support audit compliance to enforce department and stockroom controls.
• Manage people, product and placement, and sales promotion within department.
