Qualifications

• 4+ years of luxury retail fashion experience with a proven results track record.
• History of building, leading, motivating, and coaching teams with a Win together mentality.
• Physical requirements may include standing, bending, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 10 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all sales experiences within assigned store department and partner with merchants and vendors.
• Lead and coach a high-performing team to achieve department goals.
• Drive department strategies, prioritize actions, and align with store-wide objectives.
• Monitor budgets, costs, and revenue to maximize profitability within the department.
• Collaborate with Buyers to review business plans and action items for positive results.
• Develop customer insights to adapt processes and standards, including focus programs.
