Responsibilities

• Move toward maximum sales and growth in partnership with department leads.
• Oversee merchandise, presentation, returns, and damages with merchants and vendors.
• Manage team execution and adjust for risks to meet department goals.
• Contribute to store strategic goals and department priorities.
• Review business with Buyers and set action plans for positive results.
• Develop plans with Client Development Leads to grow business.
• Analyze customer behaviors and adjust processes to improve results.
• Plan departmental budgets to minimize costs and maximize revenue.
• Support audit compliance and stockroom controls.
• Manage people, product, placement, and in-department promotions.
