Job summary

Vince Holding Corp. is seeking a Part-Time Sales Supervisor for the Livermore Outlets, CA, to lead clienteling and elevate luxury service standards. You will guide sales on the floor, drive KPIs, and build a strong client book while maintaining Vince’s brand experience.

The role requires at least 2 years in luxury retail, a proactive mindset, and flexible weekend/evening availability. Competitive compensation and benefits accompany this position.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in retail sales, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Strong verbal and written communication with customers.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieves and exceeds personal sales goals, KPIs, and clienteling expectations
• Building a deep understanding of our fabrics, fits, construction, and design intent and use it as a selling tool to inspire confident purchasing decisions
• Cultivate and grow a robust client book through proactive outreach (SMS, email, personalized follow-up, and referrals) to generate repeat business and deepen client loyalty
• Speak confidently about the Vince aesthetic. Turning standard styling conversations into meaningful, brand-focused interactions that drive sales
• Convert walk-in traffic into loyal clients through elevated engagement, strategic wardrobing, and a genuine consultative selling approach
• Model best-in-class selling and clienteling behaviors on the floor to inspire and elevate the rest of the team
• Support store operation as needed including POS, merchandising, inventory, and visual standards to maintain an environment that reflects the Vince luxury experience
• Uphold all company policies, including loss prevention and operational procedures
