Job summary

Vince in San Jose, CA is seeking a motivated Client Advisor to drive luxury sales and client relationships. You will manage a personal client book, deliver elevated service, and leverage deep product knowledge to close sales.

You will own the client experience on the floor, applying consultative selling and strong communication to turn interactions into meaningful purchases. A flexible schedule and weekend/evening availability are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in retail sales, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable with POS systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office
• Able to lift and merchandise up to 35 pounds
• Flexible schedule; weekends, evenings, events, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieves and exceeds personal sales goals, KPIs, and clienteling expectations
• Builds knowledge of fabrics, fits, construction, and design intent to inspire confident purchases
• Cultivates a robust client book via proactive outreach to generate repeat business
• Speaks to the Vince aesthetic to drive brand-focused interactions
• Converts walk-in traffic into loyal clients through elevated engagement and styling
• Models best-in-class selling and clienteling for the team
• Supports store operations including POS, merchandising, inventory and visuals
