Job summary

Vince in San Jose is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales in a luxury environment. You will build client relationships, understand fabrics and design to inspire confident purchases, manage POS and store presentation, and contribute to a collaborative team, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in retail sales
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable with POS systems, CRM tools, and MS Office
• Flexible schedule; weekends/evenings/events/holidays

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieves and exceeds personal sales goals, KPIs, and clienteling expectations
• Building a deep understanding of fabrics, fits, construction, and design intent to inspire purchases
• Cultivate and grow a robust client book through proactive outreach to generate repeat business
• Speak confidently about the Vince aesthetic and turn styling conversations into brand-focused interactions
• Convert walk-in traffic into loyal clients through elevated engagement and consultative selling
• Model best-in-class selling and clienteling behaviors on the floor for the team
• Support store operations including POS, merchandising, inventory, and visual standards
• Uphold all company policies including loss prevention and operational procedures
